NatWest International Travel Assistance Programme
Aim: To assist Island sports associations and individuals to travel for recognised competition out of their own Island.
The applications should form part of an agreed individual/sport development plan.
Applications must be received by the IIGA General Secretary one month prior to the event to be supported taking place.
A maximum grant of up to £125 per individual is allowed.
A maximum of up to £750 for a team sport to travel off island.
Only 2 grants per year will be considered from individual applicants and 1 for team applicants from an island.
The parent sports association should endorse the applications for both individual and team applications.
Grant aid will not be given for the following:
- The purchase of clothing or equipment.
- The purchase of consumables.
